Mon – Fri: 10am to 5pm
Standard Delivery (within Klang Valley) - within 2 to 4 working days
Standard Delivery (out of Klang Valley) - within 3 to 7 working days
*No delivery on Saturdays ,Sundays and Public Holidays.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
A RM15.00 delivery fee applies for every order below RM350
FREE delivery for orders RM350 and above.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Artisan Wine Online will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control.
Artisan Wine Online reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
There will be no cancellation and/or refund after the order is paid, except cancellation/refund is only allowed whereas due to unforeseen circumstances.
